Cebu’s Livin’ La Vida La Niña

I’m not into superstitions, black cats and voodoo dolls like what Ricky Martin sings, but this weather keeps reminding me of the movie 2012.

Wary of the disaster Ondoy has brought to us, I’m always on a watch out for this kind of non-stop-torrential-rain weather.

Cebu to Bohol Fastcraft Ferry Schedules

Typhoon Juan (Megi) – October 2010

Though there is no official signal warning raised in the Visayas region particularly in Cebu, we experienced heavy downpour yesterday due to Typhoon Cyclone Juan (international name Megi). Despite the location of the typhoon in the northern Luzon region, the province experienced strong winds and sporadic heavy downpour.

We have here the list of provinces and their respective typhoon signal warnings.

Signal number 2 provinces – Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan and Zambales.

Signal number 1 provinces – Apayao, Aurora, Bataan, Benguet, Bulacan, Cagayan, Cavite, Ifugao, Isabela, Kalinga, Lubang Island, Metro Manila, Mt. Province, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Viszcaya, Pampanga, Quirino, and Tarlac.
