Man stands before the Prime Mover’s creation, and he is awed.

Rolling valleys and green mountain ranges that sculptured the landscape; brown cliffs and ravines that solicits your fear of heights but at the same time entice you to hug it and climb it down; grasslands and occasional trees dotting the plains teeming with wildlife; falls that flows to river flocked by preys and predators alike; all these and more describes Kakadu National Park.

Tattered, Old, and Rugged

Guisi Lighthouse

“A sense of purpose, a sense of life. A sense of complacency in the midst of strife.”

Decades has passed and little did he know that he has grown tattered and is slowly falling into pieces. Despite the iron and steel that makes up his character, despite the hours and days and years spent in molding, the ingenuity born was not forgiven by time. Bits and pieces of him got carried off, replaced or corroded, used and abused, marveled and abandoned, and finally left to the hands of fate.

Though those years may have physically worn him down, his stature never faded. It became more and more pronounced, in fact. Its glory has stood the test of time, and will be forever embedded in the annals of the history of Guisi, Guimaras.

Settling Winter

My first love got married that day. A few hours ago somebody texted me my latest ex recently got engaged. Lisa, the best friend of Chaffy who I have been dating lately told me the truth that Chaffy is falling for another guy. Lisa left me in the coffee shop numb; unable to feel any feeling – not even pain.
