The Spirit of Kakadu

Man stands before the Prime Mover’s creation, and he is awed.

Rolling valleys and green mountain ranges that sculptured the landscape; brown cliffs and ravines that solicits your fear of heights but at the same time entice you to hug it and climb it down; grasslands and occasional trees dotting the plains teeming with wildlife; falls that flows to river flocked by preys and predators alike; all these and more describes Kakadu National Park.

Limited to resources, I sat down and traveled the world through the world wide web, and see what I have been missing.

Grounding myself to reality, I limited myself to Asia but for some reason, Australia popped into mind. It’s a safari haven anyhow, and it will be an adventure in the wilderness in this country-continent.

I fancied myself as a National Geographic Channel TV host getting freebies from tours offered by the indigenous owners of the Park: going through their different exciting expeditions. Explore and marvel at the unique wildlife, look for those rare species that takes patience and a lot of time to find, and of course having a great time of my life.

Well I’m not from National Geographic Channel so I am left salivating for this. Hehehe. I don not even have a passport yet. *Sigh*
